I ordered this product before almost one week and since then I'm using it, I like the texture of it. Less oily the odor is nice and doesn't make the hair messy or oily, it does a nice job for hair but I can't judge if it will help the hair to be more softer, I do a hair treatment like protein so this is good to apply it instead other products that may damage the treatment.
In conclusion I believe it depends on your hair type and the outdoor environment to see a good results

Gk hair serum smooths my course hair resulting in effortless straightening with just a very small dropped applied to wet hair before drying and straightening. I have shoulder length hair which is now quite grey and wirery under the colour but you wouldn’t know with Gk hair serum. Packaging is not good. ☹️
